My attention to this book is from the author who also wrote"Grow Young With HGH", another goood book.



Infection Protection gives you inside things that you couldnot see easily.

This book should be in any one's library , generation by generation., sort of family medicine self-help.



Once get contacted with those melicious germs, you somehow

get prescriped by M.D., which ends up with many side-effects.



Preventive medicine is the best bet.

People donot give attention much about this, until it's too LATE.



These following books are also great.

"What Your Doctor Doesn't Know About Nutritional Medicine MAY BE KILLING YOU" by Ray M.D.



"omega3 connection" by Andrew Stoll, M.D. and "the super Anti-Oxidants by James F. Balch, M.D.



There are few mistakes in "Infection Protection" such as,

on page 118 Omega 3 should be in flaxseed, and omega 6 should be in evening primrose.

Hoping that new edition will correct this.

Most discussions of humidifiers focus on places where the winters are cold, and forced air heating dries out the air. But this unit, which can produce either warm or cool mist, is great for the 110+degree F temperatures routinely reached in the five summer months of the desert Southwest. Presumably its warm-mist function will work well to improve air conditions in winter, but that test has yet to be run. It does require maintenance, like all such units. And in Phoenix where the water is hard, it runs best on distilled water, which cuts down on the need to descale, but adds to running costs. Is dehumidifying with this expensive unit and distilled water worth it? Absolutely, because of the added health advantages. It is simply better to moisten the air one breathes (especially at night), than to use eye drops many times a day and various associated treatments for dry throat and sinuses. The unit helped immensely to ease recovery in an adult for tonsil removal.

This is my first humidifier, and I bought it to help relieve my persistent dry eye. It doesn't make the dry eye go away, but it does make me much more comfortable while I'm at home.



The humidifier is much quieter than I expected and the slight noise does not bother me, although it does bother my boyfriend. I'd say makes about the same amount of noise as a toaster.



My one complaint about this humidifier is that you have to take off the whole back, turn it upside down and unscrew something just to add water. When you turn it back over to reattach to the unit, some water inevitably spills. I go through a full tank every day in my Los Angeles apartment, so this is getting annoying. Why the designer would not just put a hole in the top of the tank for this purpose is beyond me.

This is a great humidifier! Initial use is easy to operate and set up. In the future i might consider a tower humidifier simply because having to set this one up on something takes up space i dont have. I didnt want to set it on my wood furniture either for fear of water damage. I live in Arizona where the water is very hard so i have some white powder buildup around the unit which is to be expected here. So far i have not been able to get my bedroom up to the humidity level i would like although i have to say that it cools the room a lot and in combination with running my a/c works like an evap cooler in the room. Fine product overall with solid build.

Let me first say that this is a great humidifier, however it falls short of what the manufacturer states this unit can do. It states that it will humidify a room up to 650 sq ft in the optimum humidity range of 40-60%. I have a room that is under 300 sq ft, and although it has no problem reaching that range when the temperature outside is above 40 degrees, it can NOT maintain 40% humidity when the temperature drops into the 30's and below. I have spoken to customer service several times, till they handed me over to the head honcho, which he admitted that the unit can NOT maintain that level. He went on to say that my unit is working properly and the only thing he could do was swap it for another one. So of course I asked wont I have the same problem, and he replayed yes! So bottom line if you are looking for a humidifier and you have a room bigger than 250 sq ft, you might want to pass on buying this humidifier.

looks great in room too

would recommend for small jobs like this one for sure!!
